MACHINE FLEET
The production capacities of Zimmer Group System Technology are comprehensive and highly flexible. The use of state-of-the-art, multi-axis CNC machines and consistent quality assurance between the individual machining steps reflect our quality philosophy. Zimmer Group System Technology currently has seven 3-axis CNC milling centers, a 5-axis CNC milling center and three state-of-the-art CNC turning centers. This equips us to draw on our in-house production expertise and capacities quickly and cost-effectively. Such an advantage gives us the ability to further trim project lead times and respond with outstanding speed when service is needed.
Our System Technology combines the industry experience and expertise from all six technology areas. Of course, it also makes use of the expanded in-house production capacities of Zimmer Group with its complete machine fleet of over 300 machines and systems.
